Are you ready to start something new? Has it been years since you tried knitting and now you are ready for a refresher? Knitting is a great skill to have in your fiber toolbox. Once you learn some basics stitches you can create just about anything. In this class, we will be knitting up a washcloth using cotton yarn. This introductory piece gives you a chance to work on simple stitches, follow a pattern and have one-on-one instruction. You will leave with a finished product or close enough that you can finish it with confidence at home. Miranda will guide you and help to make your experience enjoyable. All materials are included.
You are encouraged to come about 15 minutes early so you can park, say hello to the alpacas, or peruse the shop before we settle in. Our 9:30 Yoga class will be finishing up and our shop officially opens at 11 so it may be a little busy when you arrive. We meet in our cozy garage where we have a refrigerator and powder room for your convenience. Feel free to bring lunch, snacks, beverages of choice. The important thing is that you have fun in a relaxed setting. No pressure here!! Class size is limited for the best instruction.
